What We Charge

Our prices are based on the hanging/carcass weight of your cow before they are cut and packaged. Your final cost and meat yield lbs will vary based on your cut sheet preferences and the fact that no two cows are the same, and thus won’t cut the same.

In general, you can expect to get anywhere between 50%-65% of the hanging weight in final yield weight.

Our prices break down as follows:

• Quarter: $5.95/lb. x ~200lbs (hanging weight) = $1,190
• Half: $5.85/lb. x ~400lbs (hanging weight) = $2,340
• Whole: $5.75/lb. x ~800lbs (hanging weight) = $4,600

Our average Yield Weights are:

• Quarter: ~100-130 lbs.
• Half: ~200-260 lbs.
• Whole: ~400-520 lbs.

We recommend our standard cut sheet, which generally provides the highest percentage yields to our customers. This gets you the most bang for your buck. However, if you have certain beef cuts you prefer, we provide a customizable cut sheet for you to fill out.
